FAQsWhat to expect from your inspection.
Your inspection gives you a clearer picture of the home’s condition. We examine its visible and accessible systems and components, document our findings with photos, and explain concerns in plain English. Your report includes practical recommendations to help you understand what needs attention and plan your next steps with confidence.

Our home inspection follows the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) Standards of Practice. It includes a visual examination and basic performance evaluation of the home’s accessible systems and components, including the foundation, roof, attic, interior and exterior, electrical, plumbing, heating and cooling systems, and appliances covered by those standards. You’ll receive a written report documenting observed deficiencies and inspection limitations, along with photos, explanations, and practical recommendations. Pool/spa and irrigation inspections are optional services included when separately arranged.

Home inspections start at $400, with final pricing based on the home’s square footage and age. Larger and older homes may require additional time to inspect thoroughly, which is reflected in the inspection fee. Optional services, such as pool/spa and irrigation inspections, are priced separately.
